Introduction to Dragonrace.io

Dragonrace.io is a play-to-earn PVP mythical creatures racing game set in the metaverse. The game let’s you hatch dragon eggs and train your baby dragons into adults who can participate in the exciting races.

The Gameplay

The game is entirely Player-versus-player gameplay. The game is designed and developed to maximize player interactions rather than solo play against AI. The game allows competition among two or five players only, at the moment, that will be increased in the future.

Hall of Dragons

All available dragons and eggs will be present in this area. Players will be able to hatch new dragons and train the existing dragons to make them more agile for the racing.

The main purpose of Hall of Dragon is the training of your dragon babies. Here different tasks are present to facilitate basic, standard or rigorous training. Once a player buy his dragon, he/she can only alter certain attributes as of now, however, the game development team is working rigorously on the Dragon training room. Where dragons’ health and happiness index is calculated based on who well they are groomed and pampered in the training area. This feature will be live shortly after our presale; along with the dragon infantry and the Dragon-staking pools.

Types of Dragons

In the game, there are only 12 types of dragons that can be used in the race. Each dragon will be different in attributes and overall appearance. A player can modify a dragon of the same type into multiple derivative dragons just by hatching the new base dragon for each modified dragon.

Based on the specialty of these dragons, later in our game, specialized DTracks will be established to enhance the gaming experience.

Community centric

The DragonRace game is an immersive player-community driven game. It offers a novel encounter as you, the player assists the developers in improvising the nature of the game by giving feedback on the gameplay. Criticism from the DR community is one of the fundamental points by which we distinguish ourselves from other PVP Games in the crypto world. Player response and ideas are treated with utmost importance. All criticism that we get from the community members is immediately taken into account and acted upon accordingly. After thorough consideration, research, and majority vote: reliable ideas are implemented in the DR gameplay.

Upcoming features

The features that are under development in the DragonRace game includes a betting/ auction system for the game audience. Currently, the game economics only includes a track fee that is distributed among the winners as a prize. Nonetheless, in the next quarter, the gave will be broadcast live to audiences who can place their bets on dragons to earn through the game as a passive player.
